S'more bites

On Wednesday was my 7 year old daughter's birthday & I needed something quick & easy to make. S'more was my savor. I got it on a Facebook page & the kids liked it so much.

Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 180* c
- 2
Finely crush your biscuits into crumbs and combine them with castor sugar and melted butter into a bowl
- 3
Evenly divide the mixture into each cup of a 12 muffin pan or a 23 mini muffin pan that is slightly greased. Press crumbs down to form shallow cups.
- 4
Bake for 4-5 minutes until the edges are bubbling. Remove from oven
- 5
Place the chocolate chips into each cup and place the marshmallows on top (if using the mini muffin pan, cut the marshmallows in half)
- 6
Return to oven for 2-4 minutes or until the marshmallows are just slightly puffed & softened
- 7
Cool on a rack before removing form the pan
- 8
Enjoy
