Put your whisk and bowl in the freezer till really cold/chilled.

Beat the whipping cream and vanilla till it forms stiff peaks "that hold" and don't run down your whisk when you invert it. Also be careful not to beat too long as it will cuddle.

Use as icing on cake, to make mousse or garnish for desserts and fruit bowls. Enjoy 😋
