A nice accompaniment to a roast dinner
Steps

Peel the sweet potatoes and slice them thinly
- 2
Melt the sunflower spread / butter in a frying pan and add the sweet potato slices
- 3
Cover and cook for around 8 minutes over a medium heat, turning a few times during cooking until slightly golden. You may need to do this in 2 batches

Mix the honey / agave nectar, orange zest and juice together then pour over the potato slices
- 5
Turn so both sides are glazed then serve
