Paneer Bread Roll

In a large bowl add paneer, capsicum, carrot, corn, peas, coriander, chilli, ginger-garlic paste and all the spices. Mix them very well. Stuffing is ready.

Now take a bread slice and separate the sides. Roll the bread so that it will be thin.

Add some mango/green chutney and spread to all over the bread. Now take some stuff in your palm and make a cylindrical shaped ball and place it on the chutney. Now roll the bread very well so that it will not be broken and form a good roll shape. Complete all the bread in a same manner.

Heat a non stick pan and place 2-3 rolls at a time. Brush butter on the top of the roll. Flip them over and brush butter on the other side. Fry until golden brown. Serve them hot with chutney or without chutney.
