2 cupsmilk
1 cuppaneer
1 inchginger piece
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspchilli flakes
1/4 spoonsugar
1 spoonkesar milk
10cashewnuts (optional)

Steps

Boil the milk, when it's remain in half it quantity, add paneer cubes, ginger piece, cook for 15 mins in slow cooking.

After 15 mins add salt,chilli flakes, kesar milk, garnish with cashewnuts.Serve with butter naan, butter Parantha, or boiled rice.
