Ingredients

  1. 2 cupmashed potatoes
  2. 1/2 tspnamak
  3. 1 tsplal mirch powder
  4. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  5. 1/4 tsphaldi
  6. 1 tspblack pepper
  7. 1/2 tspkuti lal mirch
  8. 1 tsplemon juice
  9. Samosa patti 1 darjan

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add your mashed potatoes, lal mirch powder, kaali mirch powder, lemon juice, garam masala, haldi, namak and kuti lal mirch and mix well.

    Now fill the potato mixture in the samosa patti and fold it as shown in the picture and keep binding it using beaten egg.

    The shape must be triangular.

    Pack these all in a zip lock bag and freeze the upto 15 days.

    Fry when you feel to eat them. I forgot to take the picture of the fried samosa but they are so delicious.
