Sift the dry ingredients in a bowl then add the milk and form a soft dough. Cover the dough and allow it to rise

Mean while chop your veggies and grate your carrots, add the shredded chicken, and the mozzarella cheese and the spices and mix

Punch the dough and knead again, then divide it in to small balls
- 4
Roll each dough and butter the surface. Repeat the process with the rest of the balls and stash them together

Cover them with cling film and chill them in the fridge for 30 minutes

After 30 minutes roll the dough till it’s about 2 cm thick then it in to angles
- 7
Add the chicken mixture at the edge and roll
- 8
Cover the rolls and allow them to proof
- 9
Egg wash and sprinkle some sesame seeds and bake till golden brown
