Cut the paneer in cubes. Now take a kadai and put 1 tbsp oil, ginger, black pepper, onion, green chilli and tomato, 1 dry red chilli in it and cover it, when the tomato start to soft then turn off the gas and let it cool down and grind them and make a smooth puree and keep it aside. Half peas crush and keep it aside.

Heat the oil in a kadai and asafoetida, cumin seeds and fennel seeds, bay leaf and clove in it. When these all things splatter then add prepared puree in it and saute it for few seconds and cover it. When the mixture start to gets dry then add all dry spices and add little more water in it and saute it for few seconds and after some time add curd and stir it continusaly.

When the mixture gets boil then add peas and mix it well and cover it. When the kadai start to loose oil then add paneer and 1/4 cup water and mix it well and cook it on low flame. After some time add garam masala and coriander leaves and mix it well and turn off the gas.
