Cook the chicken breast, then shred it. Grate the Chihuahua cheese.

For the sauce, wash the ingredients, then cook them in salted water for 15 minutes. Blend with salt, black pepper, spices, and add some of the chicken broth until you reach your desired consistency.

Add crema to taste, then spread a layer of the sauce in a baking dish.

Fry the tortillas, then fill them with chicken and cheese. Arrange them in the baking dish over the layer of sauce.

Pour the remaining sauce over the enchiladas and top with more cheese.
