Ingredients

  1. 2 kgFlour
  2. 240 gSugar
  3. 100 gFat
  4. Water 1kg(chilled)
  5. 30 gSoy flour
  6. 30 gSalt
  7. 20 gYeast
  8. 4 gImprover
  9. 6 gPreservative
  10. 2 gFat replacement
  11. dropsEmulsifier few
  12. Sesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve flour into mixer,add sugar,yeast(cover with flour),salt in opposite direction of yeast so that the dough rises,add other dry and mix for 5mins but improver must be added before preservative.

  2. 2

    Add fat and industrial flavours last,then add water.mix till dough is stretchy and smooth,total time of mixing is 15mins.

  3. 3

    Put dough on a dumping table,cut into three equal sizes,roll to a thick thread and plate as many as you want.Allow plated dough to double in size before baking,grease baking tray.Bake for 2mins,bring out,egg wash with brush and add sesame seeds sparingly..return to oven till golden brown, bring out.
