Wash daal and add 2 cups of water,all chopped vegetables and salt,turmeric,and pressure cook it

Now in a pan take oil,heat oil,add mustard seeds,curry leaves and let it splutter

Now pour this mix on daal

Now mix sambhar Masala,garam masala,tamarind pulp mix it and cook on low flame for 5 minutes and serve with sambhar
