Ingredients

1 tbspDijon mustard
1/4 cupveg. Oil
2heaping tbsp brown sugar
1/4white vinegar
1large lemon/lime juice
Salt and pepper
2jalapeños diced
1large pepper diced
1/3large onion diced
2 stalkscelery diced
1 cansweet corn
1 canblack beans
1 cankidney beans

Steps

In a large storage container mix your ingredients to make the dressing.

Chop all ingredients and add to dressing.

Mix well and store in fridge. Wait 3 hours before serving to let it all marinate together
