Ingredients

  • 1 tbspDijon mustard
  • 1/4 cupveg. Oil
  • 2heaping tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4white vinegar
  • 1large lemon/lime juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2jalapeños diced
  • 1large pepper diced
  • 1/3large onion diced
  • 2 stalkscelery diced
  • 1 cansweet corn
  • 1 canblack beans
  • 1 cankidney beans

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large storage container mix your ingredients to make the dressing.

  2. 2

    Chop all ingredients and add to dressing.

  3. 3

    Mix well and store in fridge. Wait 3 hours before serving to let it all marinate together
