Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspDijon mustard
  2. 1/4 cupveg. Oil
  3. 2heaping tbsp brown sugar
  4. 1/4white vinegar
  5. 1large lemon/lime juice
  6. Salt and pepper
  7. 2jalapeños diced
  8. 1large pepper diced
  9. 1/3large onion diced
  10. 2 stalkscelery diced
  11. 1 cansweet corn
  12. 1 canblack beans
  13. 1 cankidney beans

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large storage container mix your ingredients to make the dressing.

  2. 2

    Chop all ingredients and add to dressing.

  3. 3

    Mix well and store in fridge. Wait 3 hours before serving to let it all marinate together
