Homemade cheeseburgers with a Latin twist
I have been making these for so long ! Honestly they are so simple to make . I usually make them one by one in a cast iron but decided to do it this way since it was much easier .
Cooking Instructions
- 1
First you start with putting the ground beef in a bowl. Then you add all of the seasonings, chopped onions, garlic, parsley and cilantro Mix it all up. preheat the oven for 400 degrees. Start cutting all of your desired toppings, put to the side.
- 2
You start by molding your burgers now. I make my burgers really thin. But that’s just my preference, you can make them as thick as you’d like 🙂. I put them on a ungreased aluminum pan 4 at a time. Put your burgers in the oven for about 25 minutes.
- 3
Once they are done they will look like this. Take the buns and add the cheese and patty. Heat in the oven for 2 minutes until the cheese has melted and bun is warm. Once you take the burgers out then you add whichever toppings or condiments ! Enjoy

Proper Cheeseburger Proper Cheeseburger
A proper juicy cheeseburger on toasty bread. I had a cousin who used to bbq burgers on a charcoal grill. She’ll make the patties, squeeze the life out of them while incinerating the patty then put them on untoasted white bread. The problem was, since she squeezed the soul out of the burger while starting a grease fire, the burger was about the size of a half dollar coin. It was completely bread until you got to the center where the charcoal was. I started calling them “bungers” due to the lack of meat. Anyway.. sorry about the rant. Here is a solution. Karl -

Barbecue cheeseburger meatloaf Barbecue cheeseburger meatloaf
This is yet another one of those spur-of-the moment recipes which I love. Not only are they great for exercising creativity, they're also extra satisfying when they turn out well. Which this one definitely did. This time around, it started with a package of mince. The original plan was to turn it into smashburgers or koftas, but my wife requested meat loaf instead. So it was off to the market to get some ingredients. As I walked through the cheese aisle it occured to me that I could make the loaf a hundred times more interesting by adding cheese to it. And maybe not just sprinkled cheese on top, but somehow stuffed inside the loaf so it'd get all gooey and melty. Needless to say, I finished the shopping trip lickety-split and zipped straight home to get to work. As I said off the top, the dish turned out well. That's actually an understatement, because between my wife and I (our daughter ate ahead, because it's a school night) we managed to finish half of a pretty big loaf, along with a healthy serving of mashed potatoes. So yeah, there you go. Barbecue cheeseburger meatloaf. It's a thing, it's delicious, and you should give it a try. Robert Gonzal -
