Steps

Soaked white lentils for half and hour in water.

Now transfer soaked lentil in a container.

Add onion,ginger,white cumin and green chillies in lentil and grind either in chopper or with stone. From dumplings with hands.

Heat oil in pan and deep fry in medium heat.

Remove from oil and and with lukewarm water for 5 to 10 min to make them softer.

Add sugar to yogurt and whisk well. Add water as much required.

Pick soaked phulki and squeeze to remove water; put in sweet yogurt

Sprinkle chat masala and sweet chatnii and serve. Enjoy this delicious recipe with your family.
