Add half a cup of water to 1 cup of curd and whisk well. Add 1 tbsp sugar. Add salt as per taste and mix well. Set aside
In another vessel, take the lady’s finger (sliced from between). Do not cut the lady’s finger into half. - 2
Add salt as per taste, turmeric powder and mix well. Make sure the masala in well coated.
In a small pot, add 4-5 tbsp mustard oil, 1 tbsp jeera, mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chilli. Sauté them well and add the marinated lady’s finger to it - 3
Let the lady’s finger fry until they turn golden brown.
Transfer the ladies finger in the curd batter
Your dahi bhindi is ready to be enjoyed.
