Steps

In a pan,heat 2 tbsp of pure ghee & add sooji. Stir occasionally.Now add chopped dry fruits.

Cook on low flame till aroma smells out.

Now add 1/2 glass of watermelon juice.stir continuously to avoid lumps.

Add sugar & mix well.

Add remaining 1/2 glass of watermelon juice.

Cook on high flame till oil spreads from corners.Switch off the flame.

Garnish with chopped dry fruits & serve hot.
