Boil the chickpeas split and grind it

Heat the kadai and add ghee heat properly and then add bayleaf and clove and add mixer

Cook it 20-25 minutes on high flame keep stirring it sauteing till then dry until colour change in golden brown like the pic below

Heat the kadai and add sugar and 2 cup water cook it over medium flame stir continuously and cook until syrup turns thick and sticky 1 string and then mix the mixer and chopped dry fruits flame turn off.. apply oil on a plate flat roll it and cut into barfi size
