Tired of eating Jollof spaghetti?..well here's an alternative..I just love the crispy nd juicy taste of this fried spaghetti.Note:I don't usually use measurements for my cooking.

Tired of eating Jollof spaghetti?..well here's an alternative..I just love the crispy nd juicy taste of this fried spaghetti.Note:I don't usually use measurements for my cooking.
Steps

In a pot,break the spaghetti and add oil,on medium heat;fry the spaghetti until golden brown.

Slice the green pepper,red pepper,carrots nd onions.

In a seperate pot,add all the sliced veggies,nd a little amount of oil,stir until fried,then add the spices nd water to cook the spaghetti(preferably stock)when the water boils pour the fried spaghetti nd leave to cook.

And your fried spaghetti is ready to eat,you can serve with any sauce of your choice,I ate mine with grilled drumstick nd onions.
