Cooking Instructions

In a non stick pan put milk to boil. When one boil comes add sugar to it.

In a bowl take 2 tbsp warm milk and soak kesar in it.

When sugar melts add khoya and stir continuously. Keep 2 tbsp khoya aside.

When khoya completely mixed in milk add ghee, rose water, cardamom powder and saffron milk in it. Mixed it well.

Then add sev in it. Cook it on medium flame. Don't stir continuously.

When mixture leaves the side of a pan turn off the flame.

Now spread sev barfi in a greased thali. Spread remaining khoya and chopped almonds on the barfi and pressed lightly.
