Ingredients

  1. 1 cupdesiccated coconut powder
  2. 1/4 cupchopped almonds
  3. 1 tablespoonghee
  4. 1/2 teaspooncardamom powder
  5. as neededSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan or a wok and add ghee.

  2. 2

    When ghee melts add chopped almonds, fry a bit and then take them out

  3. 3

    In the same ghee add desiccated coconut and keep stirring till it becomes aromat. Don’t brown it

  4. 4

    Once done add sugar and mix well. Don’t let the sugar melt

  5. 5

    Add cardamon powder and fried chopped almonds

  6. 6

    Stir and mix well. Switch of the gas

  7. 7

    Coconut churma is ready to serve. Serve hot or let it cool. It stays good for many days.
