In a pan, add the sliced liver,onions, seasoning, ginger and garlic paste, oregano, little water and allow to cook

Add little oil, grinded scotch bonnet, carrots and allow to cook for few minutes then add the sliced sweet pepper and turn off the heat

Served with boiled spaghetti
