Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add water and mix

Allow the dough to rest for 10mnts

In a pan, add the minced meat, oregano, onions, ginger and garlic paste,seasoning, salt and allow to cook

Add little oil in the cooked meat and grinded scotch bonnet and stir

Cut the dough into balls

Roll the balls on a flat surface, cut it round add the fillings and tie it with the scallion. Repeat the process until you are done

Heat some oil in a pan and fry it till golden brown
