Heat up heavy bottom pan on a low flame. Add mango pulp, sugar, salt and lemon juice to the pan. Mix all very well. On a low to medium flame, cook the mixture for about 7 to 10 mins. Keep stirring continuously in between. Cook till gets little thick. Add water. Give it a good mix and switch off the flame.

Grease a plate with ghee. Immediately transfer cooked mango mixture to the greased plate. With the help of a knife or a palatte, spread evenly the mixture in a plate. Tap the plate to remove air bubbles.

Cover the plate with a thin muslin cloth and sun dry the mango papad. Cut in squares or any shape or roll as you wish. Make sure it is completely dry before cutting.
