Ingredients

  1. 2 small packs Monaco buiscuit
  2. 1 cuphung curd
  3. 2 tbspcheese spread
  4. To tastesalt
  5. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  6. 1/4 tspwhite pepper powder
  7. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  8. 2tomatoes deseeded and chopped finely
  9. 1 tbspchopped parsley or coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Arrange the biscuits in a plate.Pour the curd in a muslin cloth and squeeze out the water completely.

  2. 2

    Hang it for sometime to remove moisture completely.Beat the hung curd to a smooth paste.

  3. 3

    Add little salt,chaat masala,black pepper powder and garlic powder and mix well.Chill.

  4. 4

    Smear cheese spread on the biscuits.Top it with hung curd mixture.Deseed and chop tomatoes finely.

  5. 5

    Place a slice of tomato on top.Garnish with chopped parsley or coriander and serve immediately.
