Ingredients

2 to 3 servings
  • (For dough)
  • 1 cupflour (maida)
  • 1/2 tspCummins seeds
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 3 tbsoil
  • Pinchbaking soda
  • Luke warm Water to knead
  • 4German chillies big sized or as per desire
  • (Potatoes masala for filling)
  • 1big size potato
  • 1medium onion
  • 1/2 cupchopped fresh corriander
  • Salt to taste or 1 tsp
  • 1 tbsChaat masala
  • 1 tbscrushed dried corriander
  • 1/2 spoonkalonji
  • 1 tspCrushed chillies
  • Lemon juice 2 lemon or use vinegar 2 to 3 tbs
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Slits the German chillies n deseed them...knead the dough for samaso roti n leave for hour

  2. 2

    Peel n boil the potato n mash it...then mix all mentioned ingredients for potato filling

  3. 3

    Fill the potato filling in the chillies n then make half cm thick roti from dough......make strips with the help of pizza cutter....1 inches wide......

  4. 4

    Brush the strips with water n wrap on chillies one by n cover them completely....in a pan or wok heat oil n deep fry them by changing side....flame shud b low to medium.....it is ready.... enjoy in aftar or at tea time....
