Ingredients

7 servings
  1. 5-6 tbspCustard powder
  2. 1 litrefull fat milk
  3. 4-6 tbspSugar
  4. 5 tbspcondensed milk
  5. 1/2 cuppistachios
  6. 1/2 cupAlmonds
  7. 1/2 cupCashews

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil milk on a low heat at first. Mix custard in 1/2 cup cold milk and make a smooth lump free slurry.

  2. 2

    Add this to the milk along with the condensed milk and keep stirring it on a medium high until it thickens.

  3. 3

    Add sugar as per your choice. You can totally omit it too if desired and add only condensed milk to enhance the taste. Let it cool down a bit before filling it up in the serving dish.

  4. 4

    Refrigerate this serving dish for 3 hours or until chilled. Garnish with loads of chopped nuts and dry fruits before serving.
