Cooking Instructions

In a pan add chicken breast, a little onion and seasoning and bring to boil until tender

In another pan add all vegetables, paprika, tumeric, ginger galic and a little bit of salt and bring to boil for 8min
- 3
Blend your boiled vegetables and sieve in a pan, add butter,cheese and yoghurt and bring to boil on a high heat
- 4
Add the chicken in the buttered sauce stir and allow to simmer for 8-10 min. Garnish and serve. To be paired with rice,naan bread or pasta

Goes great with home-made naan!Where the Red comes from:The idea is to get all the Red from chilies 🌶 - but that would make it too hot 🥵 for most to eat... so you can sub some spice with Red Food Color, Paprika, or Beet Juice.Make it your way:As long as you have 1+ cups of yoghurt , 2+ cloves of garlic, 1tsp+ of salt, and some chicken in an airtight bag in the fridge for 4+ hours, the processing will happen, and it will taste great.
