Sauteed Chicken Breast with Tasty Glaze Sauteed Chicken Breast with Tasty Glaze
My cooking teacher told me to marinate chicken breast with grated onion. I put together this his way and my own seasonings.I wanted to make tasty dishes using cheap chicken breast which has a high protein content.☆ This is suitable for your bento lunch box.☆ If you don't like the strong flavour of garlic and shichimi chilli mix just omit them.☆ If you want it healthier remove the chicken skins.
