Allow to cook until the yams are very soft. Then add the smoked fish. Use a spatula to marsh until its thickens add crayfish. Allow to cook for 2mins and its ready.0

Wash and grate the carrot. Boil the peas until soft and cut the onions into rings. Serve the yam porridge and garnish. The taste is in the eating.
