Goat meat yam pepper soup

I used Uyayak which is also known as Aidan pods. This African spice is used for medicinal purpose and also in cooking.
Abak Atama, Afia Efere, Peppersoup, Iwuk Efere, Efere Ibaba are some of the dishes that Uyayak is used in .
A small pieces of the fleshy side of the pod goes a long way in adding the sweet aroma to the dish.
I also added a little bit of utazi leaf and nchawu leaf.

Wash and boiled goat meat with seasoning cube, onions, salt to taste until soft.

Add water as desired, add the wash and peeled yams. Allow to cook until yam is soft.

Add the pepper soup spice, ground pepper, uyayak and allow to boil for 10mins.

Add the was and cut utazi leaves and hmmm! It is ready. Serve and eat.
