Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupsfine bulgur (about 255 grams)
  • 2 1/4 cupsboiling water (about 530 milliliters)
  • 1 1/2 cupsflour (about 190 grams)
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Pinchsalt
  • Pinchpaprika
  • Pinchcumin
  • 1 cupfrying oil (about 240 milliliters)
  • Ground beef
  • Onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the bulgur in a bowl and pour the boiling water over it.

  2. 2

    Add the flour, oil, and spices, then knead until the dough comes together.

  3. 3

    Sauté the ground beef with onion and spices.

  4. 4

    Stuff the kibbeh with the meat mixture, then fry in plenty of hot oil. Enjoy!
