Ingredients

  1. 1 CupHung Curd
  2. 2 Cupsfresh cream
  3. 2 tbspPowdered Sugar
  4. 4 tbspCreme Soda Syrup
  5. 1/2 CupChopped Preferred nuts
  6. as neededSome Chocolate and coloured Vermicelli for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Take the hung curd without water and it shouldn't be sour.Now add powdered sugar and Creme Soda Syrup.Since creme soda syrup comes with sugar,we use less sugar.

    Now in another bowl below and fill it ice.Place the bowl above the ice bowl.Using a hand blender,mix it well and then add Fresh Cream.

    Once it is fluffy and smooth,add chopped nuts and mix well with a spoon.

    Now in any airtight plastic container,pour it and Garnish with some almonds and cashews.In a refrigerator let it set for 5-6 hours.Once ready,scoop it out and Garnish with chocolate Vermicelli and rainbow Vermicelli.Now it's ready!
