Caramel Ice Cream

I was making ice cream and ended up with quite a bit of caramel left over, so I added that too and upped the deliciousness.
Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking. As a substitute for caramel, you can also use caramel sauce, chocolate, or even matcha green tea powder. Recipe by ko-ko

Steps

Refer tofor the caramel praline.

Combine eggs and half of the sugar into a bowl and beat with the bowl submerged in hot water. (Don't over mix).

Put fresh cream and the remaining sugar into a separate bowl and beat until it forms peaks.

Gradually add the mixture from step 2 to the mixture from step 3 while mixing (It's a little difficult to mix).

Pour into a tray and mix in the caramel cream in random swirls, then chill in the freezer.

Add caramel praline as you like.

Here it is served in cups.
