Ingredients

  1. Boiled mashed spiced potato
  2. Dough
  3. 2/5 cupsflour (to make roughly 10 paratha)
  4. Water
  5. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil 1 large potato

  2. 2

    Mash it and mix some spice into it

  3. 3

    To make roughly 10 paratha mix 2.5 cups flour with salt and water and mix until chapati dough thickness

  4. 4

    Divide the dough into roughly 75 gram balls

  5. 5

    Roll each ball with flour first until the thickness is same as afghan bolani

  6. 6

    Then spread a bit of oil first then a bit of potato covering half of the paratha

  7. 7

    Fold the round paratha in half

  8. 8

    Then repeat same procedure oiling half of it first then adding a bit of potato then fold in half

  9. 9

    It should be a triangle by now. Last time add a bit of oil and potato then fold into a ball

  10. 10

    Repeat the same to all the other balls

  11. 11

    Now all balls should be filled with potato

  12. 12

    Roll each ball into a paratha again

  13. 13

    Add a spoon of oil onto a pan and cook the paratha
