Cooking Instructions

First of all take a bowl pour wheat and refined flour mixture add water, salt and half teaspoon of oil.

After making a dough, after then take another bowl, put and collect all egg yolk by breaking egg, now chopped onion, garlic, green chillies, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, jeera powder mix well.

Then make chapati, put tawa on the gas flame, at lower medium flame spread this chapati put over egg mixture, spread gently, now cover this chapati into square from with the help of oil cook at both side.

Now with the onion and green salad and tomato sauce and serve it.

So, muglayi paratha is ready to serve.
