Ingredients

  1. 3small potatos
  2. 1small cabage
  3. 1small cauliflour
  4. 1 cupshelled peas
  5. 2small carrots
  6. 1 cupfrench beans
  7. 1 tea spoonzera
  8. 6-8pepper corns
  9. 2-3dal chini pecies
  10. 1-2black big ellachi
  11. Basmati Rice half kg
  12. Ginger garlic paste
  13. 3-4tomatos
  14. Red chilly powder
  15. Salt accourding taste
  16. 1 cupOil
  17. 1onion sliced

  1. 1

    Method. Wash rice and keep side for half hour in water. Heat oil in dish add whole garam masla cook half a minute. Add half of sliced onions fry to light golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and one table spoon green chilly paste. Fry for minute then add tomatos fry two minutes add salt and the vegetables cook the veg on low flame when the veg done putoff flame add green chillys on top. Add one cup dhaniya leaves. Increase flame add water enough for rice when veg come boil add rice closed lid.
