Ingredients

  • 1 cupchana daal / bengal gram soaked for 3-4 hrs
  • 1/2 cupsoaked soya chunks
  • 250 gmboiled and mashed raw banana
  • 2bay leaf
  • 1 tspginger chilli paste
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspdry mango powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededChopped green coriander
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil dal,soya chunks and bay leaf for two whistle

  2. 2

    Drain water and let it cool

  3. 3

    Grind it coarsely and add all the ingredients and mix it nicely

  4. 4

    Grease hand and make patty from the mixture

  5. 5

    Heat tava and drizzle some oil on it and arrange the patty on it

  6. 6

    Roast it golden brown on low flame

  7. 7

    Do not use oil at a same time pour it in batches and roast the patty

  8. 8

    Serve it with green chutney
