This chicken chilli is juicy and tasty just like restaurant..

Wash and cut the chicken into small or medium pieces as per your choice.cut the onion and capsicum into thick slices shown in the pic.

Take a bowl put chicken pieces add salt + black pepper powder + maida (2 tsp) + corn flour (1/4 cup) + egg (3 tsp) and mix well.

Heat the oil and fry the chicken pieces till crispy and light golden in colour remove in a plate.

Now heat some oil in a kadhai and add chopped capsicum and onion saute for 2 mins.Then add salt and pepper give a mix and add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 mins.

Add soya sos + schezwan sos + red chilli sos mix it and cook for 1 mins add chicken pieces and slit green chilli and add to the gravy and 1 cup water and cook for 2 mins.

Then on low flame add 2 tbsp cornflour paste (cornflour + water) mix it and turn off the flame.serve hot.
