Ingredients

  1. 2 CupSabudana
  2. 3-4Potatoes
  3. 2-3Green Chilli - Chopped
  4. 1/2 tbspBlack pepper powder
  5. 2-3 tbspCoriander Leaves - Chopped
  6. 50 gmcrushed peanuts
  7. as neededOil for frying
  8. To TasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash sabudana properly in clean water.Soak Sabudana in equal quantity of water for 3-4 hours.

    Pressure cook potatoes upto 2-3 whistles & mash them.

  3. 3

    Take mashed potatoes in a bowl.Add green chilli, coriander leaves, black pepper powder,crushed peanuts,soaked sabudana & salt. Mix them properly.

    Take small portions of mixture & make tikki balls.Keep them aside.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a pan.Deep fry the sabudana tikkis until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with green chutney and chai.
