Ingredients

  • 150 gramsboneless chicken
  • 1& 1/2 tbsp Black pepper powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1Egg
  • 1/2 cupCorn flour
  • 2-3 tbspMaida

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut the chicken into cubes.Take chicken in a bowl add salt and pepper and mix well.

  2. 2

    Then whisk 1 egg and add 1/2 egg into the chicken add cornflour and maida mix well.

    Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan.

  4. 4

    Take 1/2 cup cornflour in a small bowl take chicken piece and roll in cornflour and put in hot oil similarly roll all the pieces in cornflour and put in oil and fry them.

  5. 5

    Fry untill golden on medium flame.

    The crispy chicken popcorn is ready.serve with mayo dip.
