  • 1 cupwatermelon pieces
  • 100 gpaneer
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspchickpea flour
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 tspfennel seed powder
  • 1 tbspcream
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tspdry fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tspchopped mint and coriander leaves
  • 1 tbspolive oil

  1. 1

    First of all add chickpea flour and all the ingredients in cream and marinate paneer and watermelons for 15 min

  2. 2

    Now grill it on pan or in oven

  3. 3

    Now serve it with chutney or sauce. I've served it with tomato sauce
