Steps

Peel and cut Irish, wash and drain add salt.

Heat veg oil and fry the potatoes, keep aside.

In a pit add beef salt garam masala,seasoning,onion and salt.cook until done.

Drain meat and allow to cool

Fry in a hot oil

Arrange potatoes and meat on tooth pick as shown in the picture.

Arrange on lettuce and serve.
