Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsboneless chicken
  2. 2 tbspvinegar
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tsppepper powder
  6. to tastesalt
  7. 1 tspcoriander powder
  8. slicesbread
  9. 2 tbsptomato ketchup
  10. 1egg
  11. 1 tspcumin powder
  12. bread crumbs
  13. oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate chicken with ginger garlic vinegar pepper salt red chilli cumin powder and salt

    Heat a tbsp oil in a pan add marinated chicke mix well cover and cook until chicken is completely tender and dry

  3. 3

    Filling is ready set aside cool completely

    Take bread slice cut the edges then flatten the slice with a rolling pin keep chicken filling in centre then keep cheese

  5. 5

    Apply plain flour paste on all sides of bread and the roll and seal the bread from all sides

  6. 6

    Then dip each roll in beaten egg mixture and roll over bread crumbs chicken and bread roll is ready

  7. 7

    Heat oil once medium hot add the bread roll one by one and cook changing sides till golden brown and crisp from all sides

    Remove in absorbent paper serve with mayonnaise and ketchup
