  3. 2 bunchSpinach
  4. 3-4Green chillies
  5. 1 inchGinger
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1-2 tspLemon
  8. 1-2 tbspgram flour (optional)
  9. For tempering :
  10. 1 tbspOil
  11. 1 tspSesame seeds
  12. 6-7Curry leaves
  13. 2-3Dry red chilli

Cooking Instructions

    Soak moong over night and keep it a day for turning into sprouts. take a mixture jar, add sprouts,spinach leaves, green chillies, ginger, salt and lemon juice. add water and grind it to dhokla batter consistency.

    Steam dhoklas from the batter. cut into pieces. heat a pan add oil,curry leaves,dry red chilli,sesame seeds and give a mix. pour the temper on to Dhoklas. mix well and serve it with green chutney.
