  1. Romain Lettuce
  2. 1organic zuchinni
  3. 1organic squash
  4. Organic mango
  5. Organic strawberries
  6. Organic portabella mushrooms
  7. Organic Red/ Yellow/ Orange sweet mini peppers
  8. 1/4 cupOrganic red onions and green onions
  9. 1 tsp.Grape seed oil
  10. Cilantro, avocado, sea salt, cayenne, hemp seed milk agave (salad dressing)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sauté mushrooms, onions and peppers and dice Squash over medium heat in pan w/ grape seed oil

  2. 2

    Wash and cut up zucchini, lettuce and fruit and place in salad bowl

  3. 3

    Add sauté mushrooms and homemade avocado dressing and enjoy! 😁👍🏽
