Bleand tomatoes,pepper and onions,add water till smooth.

Boil beef with curry,bayleaf,salt n seasoning cube till soft

Fry meat in a pot with veg oil,n set aside. In same pot,add blended tomatoes n stir,allow to cook.

Add stock,meat,curry,seasoning cubes n fry on a low heat. Stir at intervals to avoid burning

Slice onions and add to it with ginger n garlic paste n continue frying till u can see oil coming out if n d stew is well fried. Serve with spags
