Peel ur potatoes, cut and fry until half done, then set aside

Cut ur carrot, and onions, and stir fry on low heat, add ur onions and grinded scotch bonnet and fry a little. Take off light and let it cool

Mix your vegetable mixture with ur half fried potatoes and put inside small polythene bags to steam for 15 minutes. Your potato liester is ready
