Beef mix with parsley is one of my fav dish . It is nice to eat with soft rice when the rice is still warm. And i was very hungry when i cooked it so not enough only one bowl of rice yesterday .. lol

Beef mix with parsley is one of my fav dish . It is nice to eat with soft rice when the rice is still warm. And i was very hungry when i cooked it so not enough only one bowl of rice yesterday .. lol
Cooking Instructions

Mix all marinade ingredient then put in beef and mix well. Leave it for about 15 minutes

In the pan heat the olive oil and fry onion first then add minced garlic, fry until fragrant.

Put in beef, stir fry until cooked, add beef powder to taste (mix with little bit water) and black pepper
- 4
In last minute put fresh parsley stir it and done,,, :)
