Cooking Instructions

Add green chillies, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, pav bhaji masala. Mix well

Then add tomatoes to it... Let it cook for 2-3 mins till the tomatoes become soft.

Later break eggs in it.. Add some salt as per taste. And add a little garam masala powder. Stir it well and cook for some time. Garnish with coriander.

Egg bhurji is now ready. Serve this with puri it tastes awesome.
