Ingredients

5 servings
  1. Potatoes 1kasuku
  2. 500 gFlour
  3. 1 pinchFood color
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. Cayenne pepper pinch (optional
  6. 2 tspCinnamon
  7. Pork chops 1kgs
  8. Soy sauce light
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Black pepper
  11. 10 pcsTamarind
  12. Cayenne
  13. 1 pinchSalt
  14. 1 tspSugar
  15. Garlic n ginger
  16. Preparation
  17. Blanch the potatoes then peel off the skin
  18. Soak your tamarind in warm water for 30 mins
  19. Marinate your pork for an hour or so
  20. Prepare your flour paste,mix your food color,flour,water
  21. Cinnamon, cayenne n salt..
  22. Paste should be heavy
  23. Prepare a garlic,ginger paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Put your pork in the oven to roast under 180 degrees

  2. 2

    Deep your blanched potatoes in the flour paste then the oil

  3. 3

    Repeat the process till you finish them

  4. 4

    Use your hands to squeeze the juice from the tamarind

  5. 5

    Seive the juice off the seed using a strainer (kichungi)

  6. 6

    Add your pepper,salt, garlic n ginger paste

  7. 7

    Remove the pork from the oven

  8. 8

    Serve hot💃💃

  9. 9
