Ingredients

5 servings
  • Potatoes 1kasuku
  • 500 gFlour
  • 1 pinchFood color
  • to tasteSalt
  • Cayenne pepper pinch (optional
  • 2 tspCinnamon
  • Pork chops 1kgs
  • Soy sauce light
  • to tasteSalt
  • Black pepper
  • 10 pcsTamarind
  • Cayenne
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1 tspSugar
  • Garlic n ginger
  • Preparation
  • Blanch the potatoes then peel off the skin
  • Soak your tamarind in warm water for 30 mins
  • Marinate your pork for an hour or so
  • Prepare your flour paste,mix your food color,flour,water
  • Cinnamon, cayenne n salt..
  • Paste should be heavy
  • Prepare a garlic,ginger paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Put your pork in the oven to roast under 180 degrees

  2. 2

    Deep your blanched potatoes in the flour paste then the oil

  3. 3

    Repeat the process till you finish them

  4. 4

    Use your hands to squeeze the juice from the tamarind

  5. 5

    Seive the juice off the seed using a strainer (kichungi)

  6. 6

    Add your pepper,salt, garlic n ginger paste

  7. 7

    Remove the pork from the oven

  8. 8

    Serve hot💃💃

  9. 9
